Our Founding Story
4 The Culture K-12 was founded by a school administrator who spent too many hours juggling separate systems one for points, another for referrals, a third for communication, plus spreadsheets in between. To reclaim time for students and streamline what worked, he envisioned a single platform that brings recognition, accountability, data, and connection together.
That idea became 4TC: an all-in-one culture hub built to simplify workflows and amplify student celebration schoolwide.
