The profile also includes a secure file section for uploading key documents such as health records, permission slips, and learning accommodations. In addition, staff can view a complete referral history and a communication log, ensuring everyone stays aligned with parent and guardian interactions. Attendance
4TC’s attendance feature streamlines the entire attendance process, making it fast, consistent, and easy to use for staff. For schools that collect student devices, 4TC includes a built-in cell phone tracking option that logs when students turn in their phones. Referral System
4TC’s referral feature allows schools to customize the behavior categories they want to track, ensuring alignment with their culture and priorities. Each referral includes detailed information—such as time of day—so leaders can identify patterns and provide targeted supports. Once submitted, referrals appear on an administrator’s list, where they can begin responding, assign consequences, and track staff responses.
Referrals remain open on the dashboard until addressed, helping administrators easily see what is new versus what has already been resolved. Administrators can also opt to receive email alerts when a new referral is submitted, while teachers/staff receive notifications when their referral has been closed. The dashboard provides a daily snapshot of referrals submitted that day, with access to all referrals under the platform’s dedicated referrals section.
This makes the referral process seamless, consistent, and actionable for schools.
